Also, if you research the two companies you'll see GXY are useless to LPD, and GXY no longer need Lepidicos tech.
Also GXY are not traveling too well, they have been on the downhill run for a long time.
They provide one product (spodumene) that nobody really needs at the moment.

Last thing, it's the DFS not PFS.

And really, no one gives a shite if GXY leave or not.
As long as they sell over a long period of time without damaging our share price, we dont care where they go.
