Those 2 seconds, @Alphonse14, cost the seller a lot of money. S/He sold 7,922,807 at 0.009 and the rest at (10,551,193 shares) 0.008. Had they all gone through at 0.009 s/him would have been $10,551 better off, that 2 seconds cost money there were 4.155 mil went through in that lost time.
