The pilot plant doesn't generate anywhere near enough material to be a cash generator. It costs more to run that it would ever make. There has never been a prospect of it making money.
Its purpose is to prove the concept and provide samples for offtake negotiations, which is still ongoing.
SOI only an issue if you buy shares in fixed quantities, rather than in dollar amounts like everyone else.
