There's a good chance both you and your friend will be happy campers in the mid term with an entry around these prices. My concern is if the company doesn't release a substantial ann in the next few weeks there could be a capital raise to pay out the con note between here and 0.005 depending on how many people derisk and subsequent SP depreciation as the deadline approaches.

On the other side of the coin the right announcement could see great appreciation many multiples of what my percieved potential downside is (being 0.003 from current level). So argument can be made for good risk/reward from here.
