My remark was about something @Bayhunter had mentioned about the date of 7th December: re., convertible note.

It is was a statement about fact and no justification of Management's timetable leaving an announcement on this issue so close to the deadline. No one here knows when it will occur, it will be made when the management decide it is finalised and appropriate. After which, we will know whether we have been wise or foolish with our investment if this is indeed a 'make or break' decision.

The share price will respond accordingly, rise, fall or remain range-bound. After that, if successfully financed, the next obstacle will need to be overcome, BASF LOI, for which again we will play this futile game of 'will they or won't they'.
