The prior poster attributes no value to the 4 times larger P2 plant (albeit some years away from construction) nor any further licencing deals, which are possible.

I don't think putting alot of science on it is easy given a) an investment decision has not been made b) the plant still needs to be permitted and constructed c) this is absolutely novel technology at this scale. You can roughly see the risks but to go rumsfeldian there will be unknown unknowns on top of known unknowns. So discount the sht out of it.

I roughly assume that once P1 is operating a PE of 15 times is appropriate -locked in contracts, stablish revenue. But since it isn't even approved until FID in may, up to 5c seems reasonable, maybe pushing 10c if approved and under construction around Christmas. But this is totally a amateur's guesstimate, so take it as such.
