The way I see it Naughtpatjoe is Acuity just got access to134 million collateral shares for $2.9million dollars valuing them at 2.18 cents a share.
I assume they can now sell them at their own discretion, as soon as the announcement was made the share price started to drift down, below 2.2 cents so maybe they flogged off a few to get back some cash, which has triggered a bit of panic selling by other shareholders with the result of today's drop, if that is true, we can only hope they don't do too much damage to the share price It would be in their interest to see the price rise above 2.18 cents otherwise they make nothing on the deal.
