It's a good read and shouldn't be dismissed so easily. I dont really understand how they come to the valuation printed on the front page though, the realistic figure can be found lower in the report and is suggested to be 1.5c post all this dilution. That's calculated on their averages of how other companies are valued at the same stage and solely based on P1. They exclude the 1.3 billion oppies in these calculations.
A lot of good information in there but some red flags also.
