@Stock12345 can you please elaborate on Joe Walsh always trying to look after the underwriter rather than the shareholders?
In relation to LPD & SM @Jasox has highlighted that... LPD paying directors fees to people creating patents that LPD then has to give ongoing royalties to.
Seriously, what the faa?
If SM work for LPD to create a solution surely LPD cannot then be charged royalties once the work they have paid for is done.
Plus, the Chairman of LPD owns SM. Was there ever any tendering process?
or has it always been decided that LPD will always use the services of SM.
Given what we know it seems to be an incredibly obvious conflict of interest and an independent 3rd party should be contacted to investigate to ensure that shareholders interests are protected, and if there has been any wrong doing that the company recovers those losses and takes appropriate action.
