You can't remove the karibib purchase from the equation and say it was a bad deal. If the license deal didn't occur, equity raise would have had to occur, incurring underwriting fees, admin costs etc. If we didn't purchase Karibib at the bottom of the lithium market, there would be no phase 1 project currently. For the price it was paid for, and the value it potentially will derive... Great deal IMO
