I have no rationale for ANZ trading platform - it has proven unreliable to me on a number of occasions since it changed from Etrade to the current platform (I can't recall what it's called ATM)
They used to have a live chat drop box to ask questions in real time, but that service no longer seems available
Call themselves a broker - sometimes they couldn't be more 'broker' if they tried!!!!!!!
I guess if you are missing some stock ticker on your profit and loss page you'll have to give 'em a call and demand that they get their act together ASAP. It's really not good enough. I have however entered LPDOB into "Search Instruments" box top left of profit and loss page and it comes up for me
