The latest notice and the sliding share price of late suggest a boardroom squabble has occurred. It sounds like poor George was made a sacrificial lamb.
Previous management had stepped on too many peoples toes- hence the delay getting the licence extention. A termination won't be a surprise either. It's going to be a major task for the new management to turn things around. The fact they were able to raise $1.4m this gives some hope.
Just my thought.
