LPD Shorts

Shorts have shown some interest in LPD lately.

Notice the spike back in January 15th 2018.

Below is the result.




The shorts were quiet for a very long time but interestingly it spiked on October 21st 2019, coincidently on the same day this ann was released.

You can see while the ann received 122 likes & everyone was high-fiving one another, the shorts took up their positions.

Short sellers are very intelligent, sophisticated traders who have a high tolerance to risk. By shorting a stock you open yourself up to infinite losses. They generally do extensive research before opening up the position & will wait for the SP to drop to close out their position in order to make their money.

Some shorts still haven't closed out their positions yet according to the website, that means some shorts still believe the SP will drop further & hence will maximise their profits.

It's probably something LPD shareholders should keep an eye on, considering just about every other Lithium player on the ASX is undergoing the same attack.
