Look at the latest info to come out of LPD….carefully!
Yeah, I noticed that GJ has not updated his numbers as a substantial shareholder as yet even though the quarterly has come out.
Correct me if I'm wrong but looking at LPD’s numbers they had a cash position of just over a $1 million and raised $3M on 20/4…..and they want to raise more. GJ took around ¾ of his entitlement (around $750k). If you haven’t checked yet, have a look at what the BoD is paying itself!
Your right. Payment to “directors and related parties” came to $518K and theyre tipping it to go to $564k for this quarter – that pays for GJ’s entitlement – not bad if you can get the LPD shareholders to pay for your own shares!
If you keep doing the math LPD will probably run out of cash sooner than later given their other costs?
LIT must be rubbing their hands? – LPD may have a good technology but their BoD sure looks greedy!
