As an LPD holder, no. I am not interested in Sileach technology or LIT management. I do not see any value in either, and no offer would be sufficient. It is AG's job to sell this to us, and I remain thoroughly unconvinced. I am sorry that your coy has spent so much money and only succeeded in exposing it's shortcomings. If I were a LIT holder, I would cut my losses. Once this attempt at a takeover is dead, LIT holders stand to lose in a big way, imo.
