Substantial holding notices relate only to movements above or below the threshold and any change of 1% or more. GJs holding obviously has not breached this threshold.
If you think that a Chairman is paid $500k and the rest of the BoD works pro bono, you are delusional.
The takeover is dead in the water and the only reason that LIT is rubbing their hands together is because they siphoned out LIT Assets such Blackearth and Metalstech under shareholder noses for their own benefit. Oh but dont worry, LIT holders will be offered a "priority entitlement" to be fleeced one again.
Good luck, but LIT need L-max and it doesnt look like it will happen... not even after 63years...
