No offense, Mr. Crane but LIT's offer is just unfair IMO...
As a convinced LPD holder I am in this whole TO mess for a while now and cannot find any positive thing on a merger of these two companies... Each of them should go their own way IMO...
All I know is that LPD didn't start the fight about all this and I have faith on the way the BoD of LPD acts to protect their patented L-Max technology...
They still have my full support and are going to have my money for their DFS...
IMO only marketing isn't everything...
Again, no offense and I don't want to discredit anyone...
Everyone should invest money in what he or she believes...
