The Phase 1 plant only needs ~30,000t of lepidolite. Assuming the ore contains 25-30% lepidolite, the concentrator will be small also - circa 100ktpa. This size is small enough to be a campaign style process. Cost for a permanent standalone continuous 100ktpa concentrator will be low. I conservatively estimate ~$10-12M installed.
If there is already a concentrator there- its essentially another float cell, tank and filter (duplication of some of the equipment already there). Cost =v. low. <$2M.
