Genuine question - can lpd take lit to asic - I mean 0.5% agree to takeover which is obviously not a real offer by what they are offering also impeding the business day to day such as emh signing deal. Can they ask for offer to be removed as it has been rejected and is affecting the business of lpd and affecting the business of other Australian companies such as EMH and any other company trying to do business with lpd?
