From the August 2015 announcement:
"LPE and Tritium came together as demand from commercial and residential sites for EV charging capacity
builds. With a readymade product, EV chargers require an authorised retailer to provide the commercial
bridge to allow this technology to become viable inside the Australian Electricity Network".
