RAP not immune today. LPE holding its' lows. We've seen a low volume decline, over several months, followed by relatively large selling at the low. I wonder if there will be more selling and if support at this level will soak it all up. Theres another 40m coming in december iirc. Probably a good idea to expect this to decline further or hold at this level. Plenty of bargains out there today!
