@peejayhercules The retail rules confuse the S&$#! out of even us who live it, I am usre the lawyers love it. You are correct once you hold an authorisation to retail electricity you do not need to register for anything you do because everything you do is monitored/reported/audited. Embedded networks in general are found as "retail Exemptions" not network exemption although you may need both. You will find that 1000's of embedded network do not have any type of exemption because 1. they don't know they need it 2. they just don't think they need it 3. are blatantly doing the wrong thing and don't care.
