Wow, this is pretty big big statement in here;

"Neither Damien Glanville nor Ben Chester have the skill, experience, or knowledge to author the Application in its entirety"

I have been in the energy industry for many years, and has always said I know Ben.  This is a huge statement from jason hague, I don't think I have met too many people as smart and as well versed in the energy sector as him.  To add extra to this, I actually spoke to the LPE guys a couple of times while they where going through the authorisation process and I know he done it all.
