Interesting insight into Jason, and as long as he is associated with Ultium, I suspect their License will ultimately get approved.
The longer this drags on, the more progress we will have made.
We will have competition - be it Ultium or others.
Strange that Jason has had a few years to take legal action if he felt he was wronged, but hasn't.
Don't understand why it has taken Jason a couple of years to organise a competition company, when the market was so ripe for the plucking (and still is)
Strange that LPE is not claiming that Jason/Ultium are using LPE's Intellectual Property to provide their embedded network solution - just this hooha about copying LPE's Application which it sounds like Jason prepared himself anyhow.
Don't expect too much from a Regulator that allows a self-regulating industry to exist.
