I can't be the only person who gets confused at the current diluted share count for LPE. At the time of the prospectus the count looked like this:
Shares - 1293.0m
Options - 202.9m
Performance - 862.0m
---------------------------
Total - 2.36b
Is anyone able to help with updating this number. Obviously some of the options and performance shares have shifted to ordinary shares. But is the total still the same? I know we had some options expire without being exercised. It's hard to tell from the 3B disclosures.
