lpg-'blue dream-docked 5days ago!

LPG BLUE DREAM is a tanker, and it arrived at Poti 10am 9th May...some tankers can double up as cargo carriers if their Maritime Insurance allows. A rig could be carried on the 'top deck' as they sometimes do this with containers.
IF, the LPG-BLUE DREAM was the carrier, then we got our rig 5days ago?
