Actually Snooker posted a rather abridged version of that about a year ago.
So, obviously the boron reaction also provides the needed pressure without the need for a compressor....
Yogev's innovation is also interesting.............but it appears the steam passes through the engine as well as the hydrogen???? But the hydrogen would certainly give an increase in your petrol or diesel economy.
You would have to turn that process off well before you killed the engine to avoid steam condensing in the cylinders and creating hydraulic lock-up.
So how does one make a peace of aluminium wire remain incandescent after you immerse it in water? lol.
The rest of it should be quite easy....
