additionally... my concern is that the box ticking you have mentioned are mostly internally managed processes and mgmt controls these.. while off take & funding need a very different set of skills i wonder if they have the right people for that because they are always saying discussions are going on for over 12 months well these sort of deals don't take 1 or 2 years these are actually far less complex than say a deal with codelco, so they should have been done or they have the wrong people running it...
