Mick, Codelco has nothing to do with the two downstream tenders. It is the Chilean Government economic development agency CORFO, which actually owns the Atacama leases Albemarle and SQM currently exploit, which is orchestrating that show. Codelco was involved with the previous tenders at Maricunga to produce LCE, but the conditions imposed by previous governments were unworkable.
