agree, just look at the media this weekend about the big players converting to just electric cars by 2030, 2035 etc. so yes the opportunity is huge so top up now and next week and the month after.... however, don't forget the energy stocks that are currently suffering as a result of COVID and the renewable energy actions such as battery cars! how do you recharge your batteries and what with? in actual fact the draw on source energy is actually going to increase to enable the recharge of all these batteries! as we speak the worlds population of electric cars is about 2%
SO the biggest car seller in the world is Toyota and guess what? They are not joining the sole electric models for a good reason. imagine 50% of the worlds cars are electric and all want to charge in the evening when the suns gone down. no solar and may be a bit of wind so how are we going to create the energy to do all this recharging? power stations!!!!
hydrogen is another option but still takes energy to produce so my take is tuck in to the lithium and energy stocks right now as in time they will all be at the top of the charts. IMO, DYOR
