I mentioned this to him yesterday. All allocation of shares were transferred last year. He mentioned that there was a few very large shareholders who some somehow listed shares on a German stock exchange. Don't ask me how they do this but apparently if you haven't received your amount either these SH have them to distribute or Broker which these were purchased through does. Something to do with a secondary seller.
We only briefly discussed this but I'm sure if your are waiting on a distribution to yourself speaking to management should point you in the right direction.
