    I bought my BRZ shares on the TSX and haven't received any LPI shares or cash as well. I am from Germany though, like Inside2020.

    But it appears that there are still plenty of Bearing holders who haven't received their LPI shares yet, even overseas in Canada it seems (check out the Canadian stock house forum for that).
