After the 0.7/1 BRZ-LPI conversation, I ended up with less than my original investment in Bearing and I bought it on 30c, which is close to the 2 years low. It's a shambles how LPI treat this transaction overall.
First LPI locked in the share conversion on a very favourable share price when the SP was close to 70c and now we are given shares which are worth 30% less in the low 50s. Then, around Christmas my Bearing shares got delisted and once I reached out to my broker (Saxo) asking them about the transaction, I got my old shares converted to some special equity, which is still under Bearing's name, no mention of LPI. Saxo also confirmed that there is no sign of corporate action from LPI, which is weird given i received the cash and this common equity BRZ stock.
