NO.... it is not the case that BRZ do not want to sell. The BRZ Board was unanimous in its decision to approve the consolidation.
BRZ has issued a range of securities over the last couple of years and has a complicated structure to wind down and BRZ has to meet different regulatory arrangements regarding its wind down and merge with LPI.
Best not to speculate. Rather communicate with LPI management.
