    SQM has positive ebitda , world's top 2 producer of lithium and top 5 producer of potash. lpi has no production from chile yet, and is a speculative share, albeit it has promising tenements in greenbushes though. the spin off should be interesting. if they strike in greenbushes, the spin off market cap will be higher than LPI.
