    i don't need to make excuses for management because I know what is involved in securing investment in BIG DOLLAR projects. It is very, very difficult and the Japanese will not be rushed. They will not leave a stone unturned. They are still with us which is a good sign and am hoping for good news before Christmas. After all it is a near AUD$billion project. That aint small fry. GLTAHs old and new.
