exactly. It is a free hit when they announced the spin off earlier this year. From the zoom meeting with Cristobal last Thursday he said the spin off is late Q1 (correct me if I am wrong anyone). So rinse and repeat ? We ride a share along for 5 years with no real movement in prices then all of a sudden a big lump of news providing the true value after a long wait with only the patient surviving.
The spin off was dependant on the consolidation which will be wrapped up this month. In the same zoom call they mentioned that there are multiple jurisdictions and proceedings in court across Chile, Canada, USA and Australia that need to be sorted. But as far as these they are just formalities.
So if this mine is sold, we just migrate across to Western Lithium. At least these we may not have the political uncertainty to deal with but I am sure there are other road blocks here in Australia.
