The spin off was dependant on the consolidation which will be wrapped up this month. In the same zoom call they mentioned that there are multiple jurisdictions and proceedings in court across Chile, Canada, USA and Australia that need to be sorted. But as far as these they are just formalities.

So if this mine is sold, we just migrate across to Western Lithium. At least these we may not have the political uncertainty to deal with but I am sure there are other road blocks here in Australia.

If the ( old ) LPI management also changes to WA I will sell my WA shares.
I will not do that to myself anymore.
But....I hope that some of the management will change to the buyer's / acquirer's armchair.
