Whilst I would love to get excited about this - there have been far too many near term targets missed by management - I have lost count.

however - if the consolidation happens, it would stand to reason there is nothing stopping some form of deal - off take or otherwise (hopefully a take over).

however I think first comes consolidation, then and the. off take agreements. Then the spin out to happen early 2023 which will then open up LPI to a take over offer by Codelco (well that’s my thinking anyway)
