If your talking Aussie dollars and a bid of $1.20 - would hope a vast number of shareholders reject that sufficient to reject the deal.

I don’t think management have the credentials to be managing/negotiating such a deal. We will likely see more detail of performance if we ever see a deal (off take or otherwise) from Mitsui.

If it materialises that mitsui are just an off take agreement rather than an equity stake then I think a take over will very much be on the cards. Let’s see what the next 60-90 days (if you believe that) brings
