How cringe worthy. I had to watch the video after your comment. If he is a nervous speaker don't have him in these interviews because he doesn't sound sure of himself or the numbers. But you just have to get peoples names correct as a sign of respect. It just comes across as unsure and not really selling it to me. Our hope lies on the lithium doing the talking. It definitely isn't presentations, marketing, scheduling etc.
But out of respect for us long term investors an acknowledgment of missing every deadline would just be a courteous thing to do. We own the company, we deserve the respect of the staff/board to be somewhat in the loop. It's just not polite to continually do it. A simple delay notice, or just over estimate the timelines if you never keep them.
