I agree. The Constitution Plenary rejected the Environmental Committee's original Nationalisation proposal. The Environmental Committee has one more chance to get a modified proposal up with the possibility of rejection a second time which would officially kill it off. That it what we are waiting for. The Constitution Plenary's consideration of any revised Nationalisation proposal. The sooner this happens the better.
