I was wondering if somebody could help me regarding the Bearing...

I was wondering if somebody could help me regarding the Bearing Transaction (maybe someone knows more about the details):

I purchased a chunk of Bearing shares on the TSX yesterday (I am from germany, Therefore german brokerage) and was wondering if all I have to do now is wait for the merger to finalize or am I obliged to send a „letter of transmittal“ to the Bearing Office to get my allocation of LPI shares later on? Maybe Someone knows more Details about the Process, especially when you are from an overseas country, Germany in my case.
