    Who remembers this ANN re an MOU to create a JV with CODELCO from 2019? Does anyone have any background info/update on this? Seems odd all the legal muck around from Codelco if that’s the case? And seems very likely now MSB is now under 100% ownership then this public-private venture with Codelco will eventuate..?
