As I wrote here weeks ago, the share price trend suggests that a takeover bid is imminent.
Hopefully, there is something more than the 40% at ESS at the previous day's close.
The spin-off of the WA assets will be completed before the takeover is executed,
at the latest by the time of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be convened.
