Well, I have decreased my GLN holding to buy more LPI. I have done alot of reading in the last few months, and my reasons are as follow:
1. LPI has all required permits for Stage 1, as it sits on the old code. Many miners in Chile have their permits based on this old code, and Chile is a law-abiding nation, so I don't see any issues here. Additionally, several legal houses in Chile have confirmed the validity of the old code or Stage. Yes I agree, Stage 2 is different. But we will get there when we get there. Stage 1's financial metrics are world class on it's own
2. LPI is at least 2 years ahead of GLN as far as permitting, licensing and studies are concerned.
3. Mitsui have not backed away from a MOU in the last 20 years. Once they commit and complete DD they pull the trigger.
