The Chileans aren't playing nice.
And this isn't the first time that Codelco (read Chilean Govt) has pulled a stunt like this.
The decision should be out any day now. It's already overdue but I guess the Chileans would be in no hurry to release that decision if it goes against Codelco. Maybe they meant 30 work days from 6 January?
