    I'd say wait until the outcome of Codelco's preposterous application. Mitsui is 100% interested, I mean a 2-year payback period on a $1b capex is top tier for any mining project. But they can't invest until Codelco's outcome.

    Nothing is for certain in this world, but I would give it high probability of a favorable outcome, mainly because of the Aus-Chile FTA and the protection it provides. Depending on your risk tolerance this could be a good risk/reward play from here.
