if the old code tenements get into dispute, we are seriously screwed.
without old code, LPI is not able to mine lithium, and if we partner with a state run company we are going to be given peanuts for the resource we have.
this is why I keep saying no matter how long it takes and what it takes, we have to sue the government for stripping mining rights off private companies at an international court. We need to win the legal battle before partnering, or else we will end up giving the property away for 2 cents in a dollar.
