it reads to me like Codelco sees itself as the owner and controller of Maricunga. He just ignored Simcos and LPIs rights like they don't exist. He wasn't referencing facts correctly so it was very political. A narrative which has the desired position of Codelco as it's focus and no one else. So the question that came to mind is: Is Codelco the National Lithium Company by stealth?
